§ 8. RECEIVE OF GOODS


When Customer receives shipping from forwarder, he is obligated to check carefully his parcel to estimate if the products have not been damaged during shipping. When the company tapes are damaged Customer should not accept parcel from forwarder and has to complete claim protocol. If it happens that Customer discovers product defect after forwarder already left – Customer is obligated to contact immediatelly with the courier and write claim protocol describing details. Contact details regarding forwarder can be found on DHL, DPD, UPS international websites.
